Buddies are one of the best ways to interact with other penguin’s. You can visit their igloo’s, see what room they are in and you can see what server they are on.

Sending a Friend Request:

Club Penguin refreshed the Buddy system in late 2011, the new system allows you search the specific penguin and send him/her a friend request. However, you have to meet moderators and mascots in the same room to send them a friend request. To send a friend request, follow these instructions:

  • Open up the penguin’s player card.
  • Click on the first icon from the left that shows a orange and yellow penguin.

  • Wait for him/her to accept your friend request.

Searching and Adding a Penguin:

In the new Buddy List system, you can search through every single penguin on Club Penguin and send them a friend request. Follow these instructions:

  • Open up your Buddy List.
  • In the search bar below, type in your desired penguin name you would like to send a friend request to.
  • Click on the penguin to send the friend request.
